These Terms of Service govern your use of tampapanel.com and any services offered by Tampa Panel Press, a business operating in Tampa, Florida. By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Tampa Panel Press

Tampa Panel Press is a wood veneer and laminate hot-pressing service in Tampa Heights, FL. We provide custom bond pressing for 4x8 panels to cabinet shops, millworkers, builders, and trade professionals. This is a B2B service platform not intended for retail consumer use.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use automated tools to scrape or collect data, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws.

3. Services and Pricing

All pricing displayed on this Site is a general guide and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed via written quote or invoice before work begins.

Pricing Disclaimer: Volume pricing tiers are typical rates and may vary based on material type, adhesive selection, complexity, scheduling, and current material costs. All quoted prices are subject to review upon receipt and inspection of materials.

We reserve the right to refuse any service request, adjust pricing based on project scope or rush requests, and add fees for services not included in the standard press price (delivery, custom sourcing, storage).

4. Service Agreement and Work Orders

A binding agreement forms only when we provide written confirmation (quote, invoice, or work order) and you accept it. By submitting materials you confirm: you own or are authorized to submit them, they are accurately described and free of defects preventing normal processing, and you accept our service specifications.

5. Customer-Supplied Materials

We process customer-supplied materials. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, warping, moisture issues, or contamination in materials you supply; outcomes from materials that do not meet standard hot-press specifications; or loss/damage occurring prior to receipt at our facility. We conduct a good-faith inspection on receipt and notify you of issues before processing.

6. Quality Guarantee

Our void-free bond guarantee applies to our pressing process under normal operating conditions. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within 30 days of delivery or pick-up, we will at our discretion re-press the affected sheets at no charge or issue a credit toward future services.

This guarantee does NOT apply to: defects caused by customer-supplied materials; damage after pick-up or delivery; delamination caused by downstream processes incompatible with the adhesive used; or failure to follow our handling recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tampa Panel Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Tampa Panel Press or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information is complete, accurate, or current.

Disputes will be resolved first through informal negotiation (30 days), then binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida under AAA rules, unless eligible for small claims court. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tampa Panel Press, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of materials for processing.
