Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: March 25, 2026
Tampa Panel Press is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information about our services.
Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
What We Have Done
- Skip navigation link: A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page for keyboard users
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure (h1, h2), landmark roles (main, header, footer, nav), and semantic elements throughout
- Descriptive alt text: All images include descriptive alternative text for screen readers
- Color contrast: Our primary color (#AA3333 on #FCFCF8 background) meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators
- ARIA labels: Sections, navigation, forms, and interactive elements include appropriate ARIA labels and roles
- Responsive design: The site adapts to different screen sizes and text zoom levels
- Link text: All links use descriptive text rather than generic phrases like "click here"
- Map iframe: The embedded Google Map includes a descriptive title attribute
- Address information: Contact details use semantic HTML address elements
